Sam Coulson is one of the most exciting young players on the scene, and is highly recommended by no less than the mighty Paul Gilbert! He caused quite a stir at the this summer's Monkeyfest, and we're sure he's destined for a great musical future. Sam recently visited our studio and played some stunning solos over five of his favourite jamtracks.

Great tone and superb solo examples mixed with some great technique, played over really jammable tracks makes Custom Rock Blues 1 a superb package for you blues lovers. Sam has a great knack of being able to produce solos that work beautifully with the track. And there is a real mixture of solos in this package which will suit both the intermediate player that wants to be really tested or for the advanced player to practice and nail.

The backings were written by Dave Lockwood, and as many of you already know, he creates wonderful tracks to jam over with your own improvisations. Dave has made them extra long as well, all of them well over 5 mins each.

As ever, we have included everything you need to practise and perfect the material in this package. There are video and audio tracks for you to watch/listen and study, accurately transcribed TAB/notation for you to analyse and master as well as backing tracks for you to practise every lick to, and jam out your own solos! We've even included some text notes to help you really get these parts down!
