One of the best parts of this site is that the teaching is done by a human being (me!), but please keep in mind that I occasionally go on tour and make new albums, so sometimes my response to your video can take a couple of weeks. If you need an immediate response, please write to me in “Ask Paul” section of the FORUMS. I check “Ask Paul” nearly every day, to answer quick questions. Also, you can check out the RECENT VIDEO EXCHANGES to see where I am in the world (sometimes teaching from a hotel room, backstage, or even the backseat of a car!), and to see what I am teaching to the other students.
